Facing south, it is incredibly bright. It is available to rent for months and long stays, so please do not hesitate to request a quote. The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law). It will be necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension. It also has basic kitchenware and utensils for temporary residential use, such as glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans of various sizes, bowls, serving dishes, etc., to make you feel at home. TERRACE 60 m2 of terrace to enjoy! It has a table with chairs for lunch or dinner, a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, and two sun loungers for sunbathing.
