It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.
