This light and spacious two-bedroom stone cottage offers private parking for up to 4 vehicles. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove and French doors to the conservatory and garden. The main bedroom has a super king bed (or twin on request) and ensuite bath. There’s also a twin room and separate shower room. Wake to birdsong, reach the city in minutes.

Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.
