Full kitchen with all utensils. Fully furnished and equipped, 2 Air Con units, one in bedroom and one in living area. Swimming Pool and BBQ, large outdoor area for guests use. The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.

By the park - 10 min walk to beach

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

Enjoy this beautiful spacious villa , with a view overlooking private pool , tropical gardens enjoyed day and night. Great space any time of the year. Guests love the alfresco and pool area in the warmer months. Has a gas log fire where you can curl up in front of with a good book or a glass of wine in the winter months. A self contained studio located in a North Western suburb, Duncraig. Guests have a separate access to the studio and parking on premises. The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.
