coronavirus 19 edit: It's always been our policy to clean/sanitize before & after each guest. Also, our county is safer than most of Florida & the USA. We're in a quiet part of Ocala with only a few neighbors within 100s of feet. We're close to the 200 hub, 1.5 mi from a high school, & on a paved road. So, we're not in the middle of nowhere. The apt is private, no one else lives or can rent in the cottage. Our home is abt 100 feet away (far/close enough for added safety & host assistance).

Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. Far Out Farm is close to HITS Ocala, Winter Equestrian Events , and The World Equestrian Center ( WEC) The farm is dog &friendly. The barn apartment is set on 15 beautiful acres. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The farm is near many diving and spring water venues, Chi institute, Fire College, zip line, and other Florida amusements. Pets by special permission, may not be left in apartment alone, or must be crated. 15 $ pet fee

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
