It has a queen sized bed, and two king-sized beds, (or they can split into four twin sized beds!) Our kitchen has all the amenities of a regular kitchen! The bathroom has Laundry, and shower with Endless Hot Water! Outside you’ll find a Grill and outside seating! We are 15 minutes from the airport! We’re sure you’ll enjoy our beautiful 35 foot not-so-tiny home!

Our home is a 3/2. You walk into a open space with the dining room, living room & bright kitchen. The 1st bedroom is the Master Bedroom, equipped with a full bathroom, spacious closet, King Size bed & full body mirror. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, decorated with touches of care & is right next to the bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, FL touch vibes & is steps away from the bathroom. Last but not least our beautiful backyard with your own private pool! Pool heated

Both Convenience & peace! Enjoy your stay in our guest suite with serene water views on a small lake. Spacious suite features a full bedroom, full bath, & living room. We offer a comfy queen bed & if there’s a 3rd occupant, a trundle bed is available. Separate entrance to suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Close to USF, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, & just 12 minutes to downtown. Finally, small dogs are welcome (extra fee applies, see house rules for details) (no cats).

Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. We offer BAG DROP! Amazing value studio 3.5 miles from USF and 7 miles from Busch Gardens. Private entrance. The only studio with TWO KING beds in the area. The sofa is memory foam and opens up to California King. Outdoor space and off street parking for two vehicles. Unlike other studios, this unit also has its own on demand hot water source and it's own HVAC allow you to control your own room temp. Pets welcome with approval. Don't miss this amazing value stay.
