We offer a BBQ to cook on with a microwave for heating. 10 min walk to Town (Restaurants & Bars), close to Ferries, Walking/Biking Tracks and both Marinas also a couple of swimming spots. You will awake to the sounds of native birds. Picton - Gateway to the Marlborough Sounds, Adventure and Scenic providers are based on the Picton Foreshore. This little town has something for everyone.

This is Karma Waters Picton, A travellers haven very peaceful and walking distance to everything Picton has to offer. Your own private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast . Bedding configuration main private bedroom with a queen bed, and the lounge area has a leather fold out couch. Guests can relax on the outdoor furniture, and enjoy your own private patio with views. Off street parking right beside your accommodation. No cleaning fee, and Breakfast is included.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

The cabin is surrounded by native bush, creating a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Waikawa Landing : Self Contained Apartment.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

Filtered water throughout the whole dwelling.
