Roku tv has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon. Kitchenette amenities, coffee and tea provided. YES, this studio has strong Wifi, able to support zoom work meetings. It is attached to the main house. Historic 1800s Carriage House | Walk to Downtown

This little historic home was built just before the turn of the century and was one of the early homes in Raton. If you have a larger group please consider booking the Casita and/ or the Gallery House as well! They sit right next door and are equally cool spots! Thoughtfully updated to maintain its historic charm and add modern amenities. We've added fiber-optic wifi, mini split heat, and air, recessed LED lighting, a 5-burner gas range with oven, flat screen smart TV, and lots of original art!

NOT sure what that means (maybe their beds are on the floor) PLEASE I have a fan to drawn off Noise from upstairs ALL ground level units get noise from upstairs USE THE FAN Gas fireplace is turned off June July and August I do not have AC but the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. Fishing is just a few minutes away, and depending on the season, golf and skiing are nearby too.
