Lemoniá Cottage House - Valaí Farm Kala Nera

Lemoniá Cottage House is located in our Valaí Organic Farm in Kala Nera, Pelion. Our home is situated 400 m from the beach in Kala Nera, where you will find cafés, restaurants and beach bars. Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

The Potter's House

The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the potter's studio and a gallery space downstairs and a tastefully renovated apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos. near the village square with enormous Plane trees and surrounded by tavernas, a traditional coffee shop and two gift shops. A playground is available at the village square.

The stone house, consists of 2 rooms a bedroom with a comfortable douple bed and a living room(sofa-bed) with a fully equipped kitchen . Morevover, it has a lovely terrace with a spectacular view to the sea and the village that in conjuction with the blossomed flowers, you will enjoy the tranquility of the habitat. It's a boutique apartment with unique décor considered as one of the best choices fo the visitor who wants to indulge the experience of the nature living.

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
