Alle Zimmer haben eigenes Bad und möbliert mit antiken Möbeln, Tempurmatratzen mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern aus 100 % Baumwolle. Das Gebäude wurde in 1885 erbaut und in 2017 komplett renoviert. Chalupa stojí v malebné vísce Bernartice 3 km od přírodního koupaliště Sycherák a nadohled od krásného pohoří Český les. Je ideálním výchozím bodem pro pěší turistiku, stejně tak pro cykloturistiku. Rekreační chalupa je bývalým objektem kovárny, která prošla na přelomu let 2024/2025 kompletní rekonstrukci. V rekonstrukci byl kladen důraz na zachování původního vzhledu objektu.
