There is free parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed with topper, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, comfortable, spacious deck, outdoor waterfall for soothing sounds, and of course, family members are welcome to visit.

Also located across from the new Meriam Park Development that includes restaurants, shops, shows and a dog park. We are only a 35 minutes drive to the snow! Enjoy a day of playing and sledding.

We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.
