Accesso esterno al terrazzo privato con solarium e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata inclusa nel prezzo. Il centro città dista 5 munuti in auto oppure 20 minuti a piedi sul lungolago. Fermata del bus a 10 metri dall'abitazione e a 20 metri parcheggio per auto con tariffe minime. Stazione ferroviaria, Como-San Giovanni raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.
