Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

'Apple Tree Bank' a self contained modern unit.

After many years of enjoyably hosting in our main property, we have added this lovely holiday home. The unit caters for four persons. Babies more than welcome. COVID 19 - We have researched regulations. Altered and minimalized fixtures, so sanitization and cleaning can be maintained to a high standard, therefore protecting guests and ourselves. We are set amongst the 'Allington Hills' feels rural, but only a 10 minute walk to Bridport, or 5 minute drive to the Jurassic coast!

This property is a beautifully converted garage. It is detached at the front of the property and you have complete privacy. You can park your car directly in front of the Airbnb where there is seating for Airbnb use only. It is a very quiet village and at night if you switch all the lights off and it is a clear night you can see the Milky Way. This lovely annex is 1.1 miles to the centre of town where we have local markets twice a week, Or the amazing Jurassic coast line 2.8 miles away to visit West Bay beach and harbour.

Carlton Guest Suites - Weymouth

This self contained guest suite located in Weymouth has its own entrance. One room with a small kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Though totally separate, it is attached to our house and there is a lock box at your front door for you to collect and return your key. It has it's own allocated parking spot on our drive at the front of the house. We are minutes away from the beach and are close to town and amenities!
