Just a short walk to Countess of Chester Hospital, and near to some excellent pubs/restaurants. Just 5 minutes’ drive to Chester Zoo with easy access to North Wales and the motorway network. 10 minutes’ drive to Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Blue Planet Aquarium, and Chester Racecourse. Only a 2-minute walk to Upton Golf Club.

It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

Recently refurbished this beautiful Grade 2 Listed building is located in Handbridge a very short walk from Chester City Center, the city walls and the River Dee. The house was completely renovated in 2018 to a very high standard with a beautiful bathroom including a roll top bath and shower and modern kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar. Built in 1887 the house was designed by the famous architect John Douglas and was previously owned by the Duke of Westminster
