Garden Suite

This light-filled, quiet and private Garden Suite is an extension of the house, with a separate entrance, overlooking garden and pool, and a wooded area. The Unit has two rooms which are partially separated by a beautiful stone wall. The rooms offer every comfort needed for a stay, whether it is a weekend or longer. The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen. Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood, boasting great restaurants, shops and lovely walks nearby, such as Rock Creek Park and the zoo.

This spacious cottage is the perfect home base for families, couples, or professionals exploring DC. Start the day with breakfast made in a fully stocked chef's kitchen. Rent a bike from Capital Bikeshare and hop on the nearby Metropolitan Bike Trail. At night, relax with a glass of wine around a cozy fire pit table on our cobblestone patio.

Spruce Run Cottage, Farm stay on Catoctin Mountain

The cottage is located on 25 acres of mostly wooded terrain off Highway 17 near Wolfsville, Maryland, less than an hour and a half from D.C. The cottage faces the woods and the private drive down to the creek. There is almost zero light pollution at night so stargazing is incredible from the balcony. The hosts live on the property up the hill in an 1890’s chink log cabin. Although you can see our house, the cottage feels very private and is a quiet comfortable retreat in the hills.

La Casita

The Casita is a free-standing cottage with a private entrance in the yard behind the main house in North Arlington with parking. It is a charming, newly renovated studio-sized space with a bathroom with shower, kitchenette and great light five minutes from D.C. by car. Supermarket, restaurants, buses, taxis, and Bikeshare are within one block. One mile from Washington Metro. Adults only.

Skyhorse Retreat Guest House

In the middle of VA wine country and only minutes to three Appalachian Trail trailheads. Located 45 miles west of Washington D.C., on a 10-acre property on top of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Private guesthouse (built Jan 2020) with a large deck overlooking trees. The Guest House sleeps 4, has a full kitchen, and access to a Hot Tub at the main house. Breakfast items and snacks included.
