A 13 min drive gets you to downtown Rockford with numerous shops, museums, restaurants and views of the Rock River.

Centrally Located. Just debuting this fun and colorful lower apartment for your stay near downtown Rockford. 1000 sq feet. This is my second BnB in this vintage 4 unit apartment building I have owned since 1987. New queen beds in both bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. Absolutely no parties. I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no great soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request.

It is the perfect getaway for a couple. The location is next to the historic ( originated in 1924 ) Kilbuck Bluffs Forest Preserve. While being nestled in the country it is centrally located to restaurants , bars and shopping.

Adjacent to Beattie Park you are steps from the Historic Coranado Theater and Riverfront Museums Park. Directly across the river is the popular Prairie Street Brewhouse/docks. The summer is very active with boating and live music that you can enjoy from the patio or private lower shore deck.
