Это маленькая и светлая жилая квартира, но хозяйка временно в отъезде, поэтому вещи не вывозились, однако в ней есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Вас встретит чудесная девушка, передаст ключи и расскажет/подскажет все, что будет нужно. К сожалению, она не знает английского, но говорит на украинском и русском языках. Дом находится в популярном районе города, где есть магазины, ТЦ с фуд-кортом, кофейни, рынок и парк с речкой в пешей доступности. Добро пожаловать в наш уютный уголок

Сюда хорошо приехать на отдых с детьми или с друзьями, устроить пикник с шашлыками, заняться рыбалкой или просто покататься на катере. На выбор гостей – два домика на двоих и два двухэтажных коттеджа, где может разместиться компания до 10 человек. К территории базы отдыха примыкает пристань с моторными лодками
