Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Off-street parking allows easy access to adventure outside of the village with Niagara Falls & the Bills Stadium just a 20-30 min. drive/Uber away!

One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly.Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.
