You'll be close to the city and also only 10 minutes from Kinlock Beach or 25 minutes from Blooming Point or Dalvay. We are 1 hour from the Confederation Bridge and 40 minutes from the Ferry Terminal.

Make this space your home base as you travel from east to west on PEI. Ten minutes to Charlottetown, five into Cornwall, about 30 minutes to Summerside and 30 minutes to Cavendish. The new house, built and completed in mid-2024, is located on Queen St. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by going on foot, and 5 minutes walking to the bus stop to go everywhere. The Private Main Floor of the House has two rooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a living/dining room, and some necessary kitchen appliances (no kitchen and sink). It is near numerous services, including restaurants, etc - Your Happy Place. Note: The check-in time is 4:00 PM in the summer.

Located in the center of the island halfway between the Bridge and National Park, 'Old Skye Brook' offers the perfect location to unwind, relax and enjoy nature at its best with sunsets and star-filled skies.
