We are happy to host your pet too, but please note there is a $30 fee per stay (please include your pet when selecting the number guests during booking).

The Brothers Great Room

Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We cannot allow cats(due to family members with allergies and the extra cleaning required) We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your dogs may run the open areas. Please clean up after your pet.

Downtown Retro Retreat

Our Downtown Retro Retreat is a comfortable space close to downtown Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. This is a recently renovated walk-out basement 'in-law suite' with a private entrance and off-street parking. This suite features two bedrooms with queen beds, a sparkling bathroom, and a wetbar/kitchenette, complete with original 1950's fridge! We're only an 8 minute walk to the downtown pedestrian mall. We have a 3 night minimum for UVA graduation.

Private apartment (for up to 4) in gorgeous southern Albemarle County - 1 mile from Pippin Hill & great launching spot for countless other wineries, breweries, cideries, hiking and everything else Cville has to offer! 750 sq ft with separate keyed entry for complete privacy includes large bedroom with king bed; living room with 60" TV, futon (sleeps 2), eating area, mini-fridge, Keurig & microwave; and large bathroom with two sinks. 15 minutes from downtown Cville.

There are numerous restaurants within a two block area, menus in the apartment. Only 4 Blocks from the UVA football stadium. Public free trolley stop is two blocks away.

Once you get here, you may not want to leave!

Escape to our guesthouse on a little farmette. This peaceful setting tucked away on several acres along a creek with nature trails is the perfect mountain getaway. We are conveniently situated near quaint wineries, breweries along with hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway that is a short hop, jump and a skip away. Every effort has been made to keep this a green haven, chemical and synthetic scent free, so you can leave recharged and rested. Non-smoking
