You will be 2 houses away from the beach. This is a studio apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed and a Click Clack couch that opens into a small double bed, if needed. There is a full bathroom with nice shower. There is a small kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and toaster oven for cooking.

Port Charlotte Harbor Beach Park Getaway

This is a private studio apartment attached to my home, with a private entrance and parking. The pool is a shared space. The house is quiet, clean and colorful and just completed rennovation. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A 5 minute walk to the Beach Park which has a pool, bocci, pickleball, tennis, basketball and kayak rentals. The house is a quick ride to the P. G. airport, 2 miles to Sunseeker Resort and 3 miles to historic Punta Gorda.

We're located on Gottfried Creek/Redfish Cove, just off of Lemon Bay. We are 2 miles from Manasota Key, where you will find Englewood Beach and Stump Pass State Park on the south end. Great shark tooth hunting! As you head north on the key, you will find Middle Beach and Manasota Beach. Surrounded by water, there is so much to do! Kayaking, fishing, boating or just laying on the beach soaking up some sun! We have two kayaks and two bicycles for your use, or try fishing from our dock.

Situated just minutes off Florida's beautiful Gulf coast, this outstanding 1 bedroom / 1 bath guest suite is located at a private residence in the highly-desired neighborhood of South Gulf Cove - just a short drive from several beautiful sandy beaches including Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, and Stump Pass. The apartment is located on the lower level of a detached building and has its own private entrance and designated parking space.

The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.
