There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.

The kitchen has a bar with dishwasher, ice maker, mini fridge, microwave and everything you need to cook. Located with a 4 minute walk to Boyne City!! Great for weekend warriors that love to ski, boat or just want to see the fall colors.
