Big front yard and a patio off to the side of the home. The front yard has a fire pit and lots of space for the yard games that we include and the patio has an outdoor dining area with a grill. Incredible views of six mile lake, and just a small drive into town for activities to do like beach access cozy home town restaurants and fun for families. Nearby snowmobile trails, so bring your sled!

With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.
