The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest. This is our first letting season. In a semi-rural location on the edge of Mickleton, this detached, recently-built property easily sleeps five and has three bedrooms - one super-king size; one twin-bed and one double (ground-floor and made-up for single occupation).
