Ein großes 2-stöckiges Haus mit Blick auf den Tempel von Garni und das Bergpanorama, umgeben von einem Obstgarten (Äpfel, Birnen, Kirschen, Haselnüsse, etc.). Das Haus ist mit den Werken des armenischen Künstlers Martirosyan dekoriert. Drei Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Galerie, zwei Bäder, 4 Balkone. Wir bieten unseren Gästen armenische Küche (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) und veranstalten einen Meisterkurs im Bemalen von Tellern auf vorbereiteten Schablonen. Es gibt einen Platz zum Grillen.

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
