An incredible 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with AMAZING balcony views in the premier location of St Kilda. Contemporary, sun drenched and only a short walk to the beach with eclectic bars, restaurants, cafes, Woolworths supermarket and liquor store (directly next door) and quick access to trams into the city. Luna Park, Palais Theatre, Peanut Farm Reserve, and Catani Gardens are all easily accessed via foot. The beautiful Botanical Gardens in the heart of St Kilda are also walking distance.
