Welcome to "The Upper Gallery Area", AKA TUGA TUGA is primarily used by Health Care Professionals coming to Chapel Hill for in-house training, literally! If you are reading this and not a HCP keep reading, you just lucked out! TUGA is part of a 6000 sq.ft, 1.5 acre secluded living area, my home when in NC. It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

Cozy Rustic Bungalow Suite Wooded Yard & 2BR/1BA

*Proudly renovated Aug ‘26* Tucked away and attached to my house, the space features a private entrance and back patio with a separate fenced back yard in a wooded backdrop ideal for weary travelers and their dogs. This 500 sq ft in-law suite has rustic charm with real comfort. After more than 3 years of Superhosting the space it now has two beautifully appointed bedrooms (King/Full). The suite includes a redesigned living area, full kitchen, both bedrooms, and a fresh bathroom with a 6ft tub.

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

The space is mere blocks from all that quintessential historic Hillsborough has to offer, and is a rare treasure!

Charming 1-bedroom, snuggled away 3 miles from UNC. Lots of character + natural light. Free bus stop across the street. It's on the highway, behind a privacy fence and trees, so the traffic noise is muted. Great for UNC games, the hospital, and visiting students. Welcome to our little oasis in the heart of Carrboro, North Carolina. We are so excited to share our attached micro-unit with you while you explore all the beauty and fun Carrboro and Chapel Hill have to offer, all within walking distance or a free ride on the city bus! Enjoy free street parking at the top of a private walkway to access your private space. Enjoy the sounds and views of our little urban farm-in-progress, while being in the midst of a bustling town.

Private 530sqft Family Friendly Suite

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

Cozy apartment located on historic Whitehead Circle. About a 4 block walk to UNC Hospital, Campus & famous Merrit's Grill. Shopping, great restaurants and family-friendly activities are in close proximity. No need to worry about event parking! This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. A separate entrance and outside patio. Lots of privacy with as much or as little interaction with host as preferred.

Carrboro Library Guest Suite

Start your day on the screened-in porch with a quiet cup of coffee and a book in your hand, then walk into Carrboro for great food, drink, music, and people watching. Explore further and visit Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh for more of the same!
