Tuscan Villa Guest House

Lovely, private guest house in the middle of an avocado orchard with swimming pool & hot tub & spectacular views of the Channel Islands. Sunsets are unbelievable! Feels like you're in the Tuscan hills of Italy with an ocean view in the distance. Tranquil & secluded yet only 10 minutes from Camarillo Airport & the Camarillo Outlet stores, 20 minutes to beaches, 30 minutes to Malibu, 45 minutes to Santa Barbara, 1 hour North of Los Angeles. Cal State University Channel Islands is 15 minutes away.

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Come take a getaway to the secret spot up the coast of Southern California, Faria Beach. This ocean front bungalow sits right on the sand and is in a gated community. It gives you amazing sunrises and sunsets out on the extra large patio. Wake up to ocean views out of both bedrooms. Wood ceilings throughout the house with a boho style! Enjoy surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, beach walks, tide pool hunting, tennis, kayaking, family dinners, soaking in the hot tub, and watching dolphins.

Ventura Beachtown Getaway

Summer is coming! Time to plan your getaway at our beautiful Beachtown Casita! You will enjoy a bright, open living and dining area, connected to beautifully modern kitchen, front bedroom with a queen bed, shared "Jack and Jill" bathroom, large master bedroom, king bed and French door access to the backyard with a hot tub for 6. Additionally, a unique studio above the garage we feel is like your own private treehouse. This includes a third bedroom, queen bed, bathroom, and shower.

We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
