Diese Wohnung ist ein modernes, aber auch traditionelles Steinhaus, das kürzlich renoviert wurde (2020) und im Herzen der Altstadt von Chania liegt. Es wurde im frühen 16. Jahrhundert als Festung erbaut, mit dem einzigen Zweck, die Stadt hauptsächlich vor Piratenangriffen zu schützen, und ist Teil der venezianischen Mauer. Die Residenz ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet, um einen komfortablen Aufenthalt für die Gäste zu gewährleisten. Es ist ein idealer Ort für große Familien, Freunde und Paare.

Οι βίλες Vlamis αποτελούνται από 4 παρακείμενα διαμερίσματα και ένα ξεχωριστά, την Junior Villa. Η βίλα ανακαινίστηκε το 2023. Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.
