La résidence est située à 50m des commerces (superette, boulangerie, location de matériel, restaurants, caisses forfaits de ski en hiver etc.) L'accès aux pistes de ski se trouve à 100m et le retour à la résidence peut s'effectuer skis aux pieds (de décembre à mai). Le logement dispose d'un casier à ski.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

La nostra piccola baita in montagna si trova in Valle d'Aosta, sulle Alpi,nel cuore del Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso, prima area naturale protetta d'Italia. In una casa perfettamente ristrutturata dell'Ottocento, puoi trovare tutti i confort per una vera esperienza di montagna. La casa si trova in una graziosissima frazione di 14 case, a 1560 m di altitudine, a fianco del bosco e direttamente su un sentiero per passeggiate e ciaspolate. La pista di sci di fondo è a 50 m da casa

Unser Haus, zwischen den Bäumen geborgen, liegt in ruhiger Abgeschiedenheit, ein paar Kilometer vom nächsten Ort entfernt. Wir sind Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca und Alice. Wir sind in den Wald gekommen, um ein einfaches, aber erfülltes Leben zu beginnen und von der Natur zu lernen. Wir bieten euch eine von Riccardo sorgfältig renovierte Mansarde mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa (beide unter Dachfenstern), einer Küchenzeile, einem Bad und weitem Blick über das Tal.
