Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

The new (October, 2023) modern home is located just steps away from the beach, boardwalk, Waterpark, shops, eateries and near the bay and boat & jet ski rental. From the house, in the morning you can sip your favorite cup of coffee and take in a breathtaking sunrise over the tranquil waters without the need to leave the house. In the evening, with just a short walk to the bay, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Enjoy 6 complimentary beach badges and 2 free parking spaces on the premise.

Cozy 3 BR by the Water at the Jersey Shore

Our home is across from the water and a short drive to the beach; 10 minutes to Seaside and Lavallette, and 20 minutes to Pt. Pleasant. 4 Seaside Park beach badges are included. The beach and boardwalk are perfect for families to enjoy their time here at the shore. For a small fee, the township pool is 3 minutes away at the rec center. The rec center also offers pickle ball courts and other amenities. For adults, Atlantic City is an hour drive. Come enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
