Spacious house for relaxing holiday

My house has a spacious garden where you can enjoy the sun, eat and play. It’s a great, bright and relaxing space you can share with your family and friends, immersed in the countryside. With a 15-minute drive you are by the beach. Cesenatico, Cervia, Milano Marittima… you will enjoy the best holidays here! A few minutes by car there’s a cafe, bakery and a supermarket. In 10 minutes you reach the center of Cesena, a beautiful town with lots of life, restaurants and great historical places.

Completamente ristrutturata posizione con vista mozzafiato sul Valdarno. Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Trattasi di un tipico casale romagnolo dell inizio ‘900, immerso nelle colline romagnole tra Forlì e Cesena. A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. A disposizione degli ospiti zona bbq e area attrezzata ombreggiata per cene all aperto.
