It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Zentrale Lage auf der Insel und in der Nähe von Lanzarotes berühmten Gegenden, den Weinbergen „la Geria“ und dem Nationalpark „Timanfaya“. Von der Pension aus gibt es schöne Wander- oder Radwege. In 13 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie unser lokales Restaurant „Teleclub“. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in Mozaga (5 Autominuten).

Das Studio liegt in der ruhigsten Zone von Playa Honda und in nur 180 Schritten ist man zum morgendlichen Bad ins Meer gehopst. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man Supermärkte, Apotheken, Wäscherei und Shoppingcenter. An der wunderschönen Strandpromenade findet man viele Restaurants und Bars.Playa Honda liegt in der Mitte zwischen der Hauptstadt Arrecife und dem Touristenort Puerto del Carmen und beide Orte sind mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss über die Strandpromenade zu erreichen.

Das Apartment verfügt über WLAN und internationale Kanäle. Der Komplex verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze, Schwimmbäder und einen Spielplatz. In der Nähe befinden sich eine Bank, Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants.

200 Jahre alte Finca mit großem botanischen Garten, am Südrand der Stadt Teguise. Die Casa Panama, Teil der Finca Mimosa, ist eine auf der Insel seltene grüne Oase der Ruhe. Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut. Sie ist umgeben von einem 2000 m2 großen, exotischen Garten mit vielen inseltypischen Pflanzen und Bäumen, darunter 28 Palmen, viele davon haushoch.

We set up our cozy apartment “Villa Aqua” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and a private covered terrace along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mats, towels and umbrella. Our villa is your home away from home!
