Fossola di Tramonti dista rispettivamente 8 kilometri da La Spezia e 5 kilometri da Riomaggiore. Un borgo di poche case a picco sul mare, che godono del tramonto davanti e un panorama unico al mondo.

Beautiful rustic fully modernised 1 bedroom house with the most incredible views and huge terrace with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. Perfect, private, idyllic and romantic. Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa oasi di serenità! Villa indipendente con wifi , terrazzo e giardino privato all' Abetone, arredata in stile tradizionale. Si trova nella frazione Pianosenatico del piccolo borgo medievale di Cutigliano, immerso nel verde della montagna pistoiese. Dalle finestre si gode di un bel panorama sulle montagne. La composizione della casa la rende ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, ma anche per un romantico soggiorno in montagna. Adatta per bambi sotto 5 anni.

La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma è immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due con due letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale; biancheria non compresa). Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e cantina riscaldata per gli sci. Area verde di proprietà. Ottima in estate per chi ama tranquillità e natura, ideale nel periodo invernale per chi ama sciare (impianti di risalita a 50m).
