Your Charming Country Cottage

Whether you need a country getaway or a place to lay your head after a football game, our cottage in the foothills of upstate SC is the perfect spot for both. You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Destination Keowee

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

The Romantic Greystone Cottage

Clemson Carriage House | Private Guest House

Tucked away on a peaceful farm, the Carriage House blends history, comfort, and quiet. The cottage is convenient close to Clemson University, neighboring lakes, and nearby mountain region. Originally a '60s outbuilding, it was transformed in 2018 into a warm, private retreat beside the woods. With a full kitchen, flexible sleeping options, outdoor dining, grill, firepit, and more, it’s the perfect escape for families, couples, or friends looking for a weekend adventure or a gameday getaway.

Elfwing Carriage House

Bright & comfortable studio apartment located in a quiet family neighborhood in the country, yet minutes to town. We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. Come enjoy neighborhood & country living at its finest!

Cottage in Pickens

Enjoy easy access to all the Upstate has to offer! This newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex apartment is located along the Doodle Trail bike route. Enjoy hiking trails and waterfalls at Table Rock and Caesars Head State Parks, catch a Clemson football game, or check out Falls Park and downtown Greenville, all from one convenient location! The home is across the street from a well-maintained local park and playground and within walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants.

Great game-day condo about a mile away from Clemson University. This stylish & spacious 4 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo is close to campus, downtown, shops & restaurants. The updated kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates & glasses. Also a 12 cup coffee maker & also a keurig machine. This condo features an open living space, dining area, & laundry room. The living room has a VIZIO 55" Class 4K UHD LED Smart TV. WIFI is also included.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

The Rustic Rectangle

Relax at The RR, just 5–15 minutes from Lake Hartwell, Clemson University, Tiger Town shopping, dining, and sunset spots. The space offers a full-bed bedroom, stocked bath, small kitchen, and cozy living area with TV and fireplace. Enjoy the porch, grill, hot tub, outdoor games, and fire pit. Kayaks are available for rent upon request for nearby water access. A peaceful home base perfect for Clemson weekends, lake days, or a quiet getaway.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!
