Only 5 km away from the fabulous Peradeniya Gardens, it can accommodate up to 9 guests. It features spacious bedrooms, living and dining space, a kitchen, generous panoramic terraces, and a lush garden. The total floor area of the villa is 4000 sq. ft. and is an ideal getaway for families and friends.

Additionally, we can reserve seats for you on buses to Kandy or Trincomalee at local rates. Our guests gets convenient pickup and drop-off services for Minneriya safari and hot air balloon rides directly from your cottage. Our kayaks are free to use in the lake(s). Local village walking trails and climbing the rock in front of us also can be arranged.
