Space enough for kids run around with a fully fenced house, enjoy a BBQ, watch a movie, or relax reading a book. We share our place when we're away with family. If you have kids, you will find toys enough to they have fun. This house is special to us, we grow up our 3 kids here so I hope you can enjoy and respect our place.

The house is sunny, warm and comfortable with heat pumps in every room and a log burner if you prefer a fire. Lots of outside space for kids to burn off energy. Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (a separate toilet), an open plan modern kitchen, dining, living area and laundry. We are equipped for young children.

Great mountain views Quiet, private, off street, Central location, close to lake & town centre This modern, spacious home is from a semi elevated site with warm and comfortable living. Property fully fenced. MINIMUM 5 DAYS OVER New Year and peak times. Cleaning fee of $150. Linen hire fee $20 per guest. This includes all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels etc. Pet fee $25 per pet per night.
