Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.

An old school camper, painstakingly renovated to give it a Scandinavian look in the front, and a cozy cabin feel in the bedroom. Extra insulation keeps it warm even on zero degree days! Complete with all original curved plywood detailing, enjoy a cute & kitschy throwback equipped with 2 full size beds, original kitchen with working propane stove, sink, electricity and fans. The design is breezy with lots of windows and air throughout. Outside enjoy a private table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs and all the amenities of Gatherwild Ranch including stand alone clawfoot tubs.

Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.
