Step into a bright and boldly decorated pad, where every inch feels like an art installation dedicated to 1960s pop art. There's a large shaded balcony with a trio of sky lights that's perfect for watching sunsets or simply admiring the view of the park. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 3 mn from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills.

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

The Pool house has 2 bedrooms. One main bedroom and the second as optional upon request for a fee. Please request. There is a pull out couch in the living room that becomes a full size bed. The second bedroom is automatically available when the house is booked for over 2 guests. The house features a private entrance and exclusive use of the backyard and pool.
