Come and relax in this calm, stylish space. A tiny cabin for 2 perched on the mountainside showcasing amazing views. Come for a romantic getaway or outdoor mountain adventures! This home has modern amenities with rustic charm. Located in a private grove with the sounds of a nearby waterfall, you can hike all the magical trails crisscrossing the 5-acre property! Note: It can be a slushy or snowy 3-min walk up through the trees in the winter. Assistance with luggage and supplies can be provided.

The Caravan

Enjoy a memorable and unique experience in the 'Caravan', a tiny home built on the back of a 1967 International Loadstar. Cozy up and read a book in the spacious loft bed or take a bath in the outdoor tub (May - Oct). Have a romantic getaway, or bring your family of 3 and make use of the twin futon. Walk or ride your bike right out the door on our trails and take in one of the classes or events at For-rest Retreat. Salmo is the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty of the Kootenays.

Creek & Forest Retreat by Beach

Forget your worries in this serene retreat. A 5 min walk to a sandy beach to sunbathe, swim or water sports & a 7 min drive to Nakusp. 30 minutes to a soak at Nakusp, Halcyon, Halfway and St. Leon hot springs. Two extra comfortable queen beds, a luxurious kitchen & laundry. Covered deck includes eating & lounging areas by a calming pond. A short stroll leads to a private hammock sanctuary overlooking Baerg Creek. Hike Saddle Mnt. Stroll the waterfront walkway. Mtn bike Mt. Abriel.

Sun Beam Retreat

A cozy and bright, completely off-grid Cottage in the Woods with wood stove, large open main level, & loft with queen bed. Facilities include outhouse, outdoor shower with instant hot water, outdoor kitchen with camp stove, BBQ & cooler, bring ice. Sauna is available for use (bring bathrobe). Cottage is completely private & separate from main house. Breakfast included M-F. Weekend breakfast, vegetarian dinner, & massage are available upon request, before arrival, at extra cost.

A 10-minute drive from the slopes of Red Mountain Resort, Rossland Bike Retreat is the perfect jumping-off point for your adventure in the Kootenays. Experience Whitewater Ski Resort's expanded terrain in Goatslide this season. This creekfront ski cabin is private & feels secluded yet close to all that Nelson has to offer. A 1 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the picturesque shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. Perfect for Kootenay adventures or remote workers (fibre optic internet 1000 Mbps). Additional $50/night for a 3rd guest. Sorry, no pets.
