The Observatory is a private suite in the east wing of our 1898 heritage home. Situated over two levels, the beautifully appointed studio features an upstairs bedroom & spacious spa bathroom; with living, eating & working spaces on the main floor; plus a private deck & gardens. Only 7 blocks from historic Baker Street, it's a short stroll to Nelson's lively downtown core. Our serene and peaceful cabin is situated 15 min from town center where you will find supermarkets, the rec center, a movie theater, shops, and restaurants. Creston also offers tours of the Kokanee Brewery and local vineyards during the summer. We are 20 min from Kootenay lake. The West Creston Wetlands Conservation Area is at the bottom of the hill. Nelson Garden Sanctuary

Newly renovated private garden level suite in beautiful heritage house. Only 3 blocks from downtown. A beautiful unique space to relax in after returning from a day of adventuring. You will love our place because of the central location, and the contemporary cozy lodge-like feel. This space is great place for couples, solo adventurers, and/or small families. A simple and functional design, with off street parking, and plenty of storage space for gear. This suite is licensed with the city.

Ainsworth Springs Sunset Suite

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. NOTE: A reservation is now required to access the hot springs, please check their website for further information. We are separate from the resort. Located just a five minute walk from Kinsmen beach close to the downtown district, our lower level suite is perfect for those vacationers wanting to take in all that our beautiful mountain town has to offer. I am fortunate to have lived and worked in the valley for the past 10 years, and I love having the opportunity to host guests and share some of my favourite "must see" gems of our little town.
