The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

2 miles away from downtown St. Louis! Basement suite (studio) in historical house located in beautiful Lafayette Square. Only 1 block away from park, coffee shop and restaurants. 5 miles away from SLU Hospital, BJC Hospital. Your kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, mixer, plates and all cooking necessities. Suite has desk, smart Tv with Netflix, linens, towels, toiletries provided. Wifi included, shared washer/dryer. Free street parking. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $30 fee.

Beautifully decorated warm cabin feel. Spacious bedroom with nice desk for your laptop work space. Bathroom has washer and dryer. Living room has thick-cushioned leather futon for second bed, counter space with microwave/air fryer, paper products, and kuerig coffee maker, new 5’ fridge, 50” flat screen TV. Access to outdoor hot tub. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Near Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore

This place is in a private, residential neighborhood but only a few blocks from businesses, shopping and restaurants. There are two small parks for children to play at, nearby. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a commercial truck/trailer. Bright outdoor LED lighting provides a safe atmosphere. This property is attached to a small venue. The venue has a full kitchen area that can be rented for an additional fee.
