It is also tastefully decorated with art and antique furniture giving it a very unique and boutique feel. Historic Poehlman House - 1st floor bedroom

The Historic Poehlman house was finished in 1898 by Conrad Poehlman. Hand crafted into the hillside directly across from Abraham Lincoln’s tomb and rolling hills of the beautiful Oakridge Cemetery. Mr. Poehlman raised 7 boys and 3 girls in the 3 story brick home. Standing tall and modest at the very end of the street of a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious but cozy enough to make you feel right at home.
