The house is 200 metrs away from v. clean lake that is 5km long, and deep in areas for divers, meadows, forests, storks, beavers, sauna, beautiful hikes, close to ski area, cycling, kayaking in our kayak, diving, bird watching. You’ll love this place because of it being totally natural, made of straw bales. The great kitchen with woodburning fire, heated bench, hammocks, the outdoors space, the light, the sunsets. Great for retreats, couples, solo adventurers, families, big groups, and pets.

Amusez-vous avec toute la famille dans cette ancienne ferme en pierre et nos amis les bêtes sur un terrain parqué de 40 ares. A proximité des pistes de skis de fond (prenobel, les marets, Morbier, Premanon, Lajoux, Lamoura, ainsi que le ski de descente au massif de la Dôle, les Rousses, Bellefontaines. A 20mn de la frontière Suisse. 10 mn des cascades du hérisson, du pic de l aigle et de ces lacs. A 5 mn de Saint Laurent en grandvaux pour les achats divers et resto. Bowling et casino.

Wunderschönes, großes Landhaus in der Uckermark

Willkommen in unserem ruhigen, uckermärkischen Landhaus in Gerswalde. Es eignet sich perfekt für Familientreffen und kleine Gruppen. Das 200 Jahre alte Lehmstampfhaus verfügt über jeglichen modernen Komfort, wie Küche, Heizung, Wlan und Kamin. Die letzte Renovierung erfolgte im Januar 2024. Für kleine Tagungen und Offsites kann es sehr gut genutzt werden. Das Ensemble liegt in einem gepflegten 3.000 qm großen Garten mit Trampolin, Grillplatz, Tischtennis und Buddelkasten.

Heritage Blue House from 1903 / Marin village

The house was built in 1903 on a traditional technique combining wood, hay, manure and clay. It's decorated according to the local traditional style, the same way locals used to decorate their houses in the past century and all the textiles and most of the furniture are inherited from my grandmother. The blue color is representative for traditional houses around the country. We're glad to welcome you in our cozy place and to share with you a part of our culture.
