Komplett in den Berghang eingegrabenes Erdhaus mit grosser, geschützter Terrasse. Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt durch einen Tunnel vom graubündner Stall her. Das architektonisch ungewöhnliche Haus ist möbliert mit internationalen Designerstücken und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten wie grosse Küche mit Tisch für 10 Personen, Wifi, TV, Billardtisch, Hot Tub auf der Terrasse uvm. Die Villa Vals gelangte durch die BBC-/Netflixserie "The World's Most Extraordinary Homes" zu internationaler Bekanntheit.

Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La grotta dell'Antica Calvasino nasce dal recupero di un vecchio rustico in cui si è cercato di mantenere inalterate le caratteristiche originali dell'antica struttura come i muri in pietra e le vecchie porte di legno. Gli ospiti potranno assaporare il gusto antico senza privarsi dei confort moderni come la vasca idromassaggio con cromoterapia e radio, il frigo bar in camera, e internet WiFi in tutta la struttura. La grotta è stata ricavata da un antica cantina/stalla con soffitto a volta.
