Fußläufig in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar ist der Eisbach, Monopteros, der Biergarten am Chinesischen Turm und auf der anderen Seite die Universität mit U-Bahn-Anschluss, den Pinakotheken, der Leopoldstrasse mit vielen Restaurants, das Siegestor, usw. In die Innenstadt zum Marienplatz läuft man nur wenige Minuten.
