Manzanita Tiny Cabin

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

MoonShine Trailer, an epic riverfront property by The Kern River House. Very cool 1955 Boles Aero Ensenada Trailer is lovingly restored & updated. Its forever home on a beautiful spot of Kern River, just south of Big Daddy Rapids. Private Waterfront with River Access, cedar hot tub, patios, gas BBQ, fire pit, outdoor shower, speedy WiFi & the coolest vintage vibe. Has queen bed, single sofa bed, indoor bathroom, a/c & heating, refrigerator, stovetop, all kitchen tools. Endless relaxing fun!

Copper Cabin is a romantic retreat for couples with private river access. Get away from it all in nature, for fun or work from anywhere. Yosemite valley floor is about an hour away, and the park offers year-round outdoor activities. You'll wish you had more time to unplug right here on the property–– take in the views, cook, soak in a long bubble bath, sleep, read a book, watch movies, play board games, relax in the hot tub, visit our river, or warm yourself with the outdoor fire pit.

We share 10 acres of Coarsegold Creek w/wildlife galore. Yosemite entrance is a 54 min drive, 50 more min to the valley floor. Redwood Cottage & Hot Tub

Enjoy this peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304

Cozy Tiny House near Bass Lake, 13 Acres w/Hot Tub

New tiny house, on 13 private acres, suitable for two adults. Spend the day hiking at Yosemite and come home to your hot tub filled with mountain spring water and tidy tiny home. Over 13 acres with amazing views, in the residential zone near Bass Lake. There are two other homes on the 13 acres at the top of the property, but they are vacant and you have the property all to yourself! We now have Starlink for good internet connection and the cell service is good.
