Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!

Entire Hobby Farm, Surrounded by Vineyards

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

Within walking distance to the coffee/bakery shop and Clingan's gas and grocery.
