Well Cottage

Well Cottage was created in 2017 from the former wash-house and bakery for Townsend Farm, dating from 1858. It is fronted by an authentic pebble courtyard and stands, together with the farmhouse, in a romantic English country garden. The cottage is warm, comfortable and refurbished to a high standard. The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme on specific dates to raise money for nursing and health charities.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Two bedroom cottage (second single bed only suitable for a small child) with family bathroom and open-plan living space which consists of sofa, TV, a fully-fitted kitchen & breakfast bar. Free WiFi is available and on-site car parking is provided. Outside has stunning views across the Bedfordshire countryside and a picnic area is available during the summer months. There are many local attractions. With great connections to the A5 and M1.
