We have used Air BnB around the world and built this private carriage house with Air BnB guests in mind. Minimalist space is perfect for business travelers and those looking for a quick getaway. A quiet block and great downtown location within walking distance of the Mass Ave Cultural District, four micro breweries and on a bike lane for those who would like to travel further without a car. Sleeps 5 comfortably: 1 full sized bed, 1 full sized futon bed, 1 twin air mattress in a sleeping nook.

This two-bedroom one bath, upstairs apartment on top of an upcoming Yoga Studio is located in Fountain Square, Indianapolis. Hop on a scooter or Uber, and in just minutes, you are at Lucas Oil Stadium, The Convention Center, and Downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis Motor Speedway is about a 15 min Uber. Plenty of great Fountain Square Bars and Restaurants are anywhere from a 2-10 minute walk.

Artist's Cottage - Whole House with One Bedroom

This cozy 1 bedroom house will help make your stay in Indianapolis pleasant! This is an old neighborhood that is in the early stages of restoration, so we want to make sure guests understand that there are some dilapidated houses nearby. We love our neighbors & neighborhood - we just want to make sure nobody books our place & then is upset seeing nearby houses that need repair.

This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here!
